Ask about anything you did on Ripples: a launch, a mint, a trade, or an integration you are building. We answer by email. Send the public wallet address and the transaction ID if you have them. With those we can usually find what happened without asking you anything further.

Before you write

A launch, NFT purchase, or trade is recorded as a transaction on the chain you used. The transaction ID is the most useful detail to send us.
The explorer for Solana Mainnet shows what a transaction on that chain did.
The explorer for Robinhood shows what a transaction on that chain did.
The explorer for Arc shows what a transaction on that chain did.
A confirmed transaction cannot be reversed or recovered by Ripples. Support can explain what happened and what to do next, not undo it.
For a Virtuals agent issue on Solana, include the public agent wallet and job or request ID. Never send an approval link or access credential.
We never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. Anyone who does is not us.

Transactions on Solana Mainnet can spend the asset a launch is priced in, tokens, or NFTs with market value. Transactions on Robinhood can spend the asset a launch is priced in, tokens, or NFTs with market value. Transactions on Arc can spend the asset a launch is priced in, tokens, or NFTs with market value.
