What we store

Public on Solana and Robinhood

Wallet addresses, tokens, NFTs, trades, balances, and transaction IDs are recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can read, copy, and keep this information, including the contents of a transaction. We cannot delete or make those public records private. This holds on both chains.

A Virtuals agent transaction on Solana is public in the same way. Its agent wallet, transaction ID, action, amounts, and result can be linked together. Using an agent does not make a Solana transaction anonymous.

Launch details are public

When you create a token through the form on this site, on either chain, we publish the launch name, ticker, description, image, social links, and any additional links at web addresses we serve, and the launch points at those addresses on the chain. Each address is made from the file it serves, so the same address answers with the same bytes for as long as we host it. We use those files to create the public launch information the market is shown with. The upload happens before your wallet submits the launch transaction, so the content may remain publicly accessible if you cancel the wallet request or the transaction fails. The form says which fields it publishes, beside the fields themselves.

An NFT collection on Robinhood works either way. Where you enter your own artwork links, your wallet writes them into the launch transaction and we host none of them. Where you upload artwork to us instead, or the collection draws each piece after a sale, we store those files and serve them at an address on this site, anyone who opens the collection can read them, and they are listed under What we keep below.

On either chain, public links may be cached, copied, or stored by others, so removing the content later may be difficult or impossible. Text written into a token on Robinhood cannot be removed at all. Do not publish personal, confidential, or secret information as launch details.

If you create a StockLink, its subject account, the exact address of the referenced token, and the address of the program or contract that issued it are also public and immutable. On Solana that is a sidecar account beside the launch; on Robinhood it is a separate record the chain keeps beside the market. The link records an association only; it does not transfer the referenced token or disclose ownership of it. This site compares those public addresses with the issuer catalog it reads before it shows a mainnet tokenized tracker link as a catalog match. The asset a launch is priced in is public in the same way, and it says nothing about who holds the launch.

What we keep

• Your email address and message when you contact support.
• The wallet address you verify at sign-in on either chain, and the session created for it.
• Launch names, tickers, descriptions, images, social links, additional links, and the public links created for them, for launches made through the form on Solana and Robinhood.
• The artwork you upload for a collection, one image and one details file for each NFT, and the preview you draw while setting the collection up. Removing a piece from the collection page deletes both of its files. Once a collection is frozen, pieces hosted with Ripples can no longer be replaced or removed by you.
• The information needed to generate or add final NFT artwork.
• The image-provider key you save for a collection that draws its artwork after a purchase. We encrypt it, use it for that collection alone, and never show it back to you in full. The collection page shows its last four characters and the day it was saved, so you can tell one key from another. Your provider bills you for what it draws. You can delete the key from the collection page at any time, which stops the drawing; a collection itself lives on the chain and cannot be deleted.
• Public Virtuals profile and service-listing information may be cached briefly so pages and services do not have to request it again immediately.
• For a Virtuals agent request: the agent wallet, the job or request ID, the action, amounts, status, any error, and the Solana transaction ID where there is one.
• Server logs, which may include IP addresses, to operate the service and prevent abuse.
• Page views and browser errors, measured on our own servers without cookies: we keep the page address, the site you arrived from, a screen size band, which chain the page was reading, your browser family, and a random number that lasts one page load, and we store no wallet address and no IP address beside them.

Where we host a launch's image, its details, or a collection's artwork, we store and serve those files ourselves, at addresses on this site. We can remove hosted content that breaks our terms.

The Virtuals integration on Solana is read-only. It cannot sign or send anything. If that changes, this page will change with it and the date at the top will move. We delete page views and browser errors ninety days after they are recorded. We strip approval links and approval IDs from our logs. Agent request records are kept, so a spending limit can be enforced and an unclear result can be resolved later.

Personal wallet keys

A personal wallet connected to the site does not send us its private key or seed phrase. Your wallet handles signing, and we will never ask you to enter or send either secret. We may ask the wallet to sign a one-time message to prove that you control its address and start a session. That message cannot spend funds or approve a later transaction. There is no password login. This holds for a wallet on either chain.

The Virtuals agent integration on Solana uses a separate managed agent wallet, which a service credential can ask to sign a limited Ripples action. The credential is held on our servers and never in a browser. It is not your personal wallet key. Never provide a personal seed phrase or private key for this purpose.

Third parties

Your wallet provider handles wallet connections and signatures. Network providers for Solana and Robinhood process public addresses and transactions when the app reads or sends them. Where a collection draws its artwork after a purchase, on either chain, the image provider whose key you saved receives the brief for that collection and bills you for what it draws. Where you link to artwork or launch details you host yourself, whoever hosts them receives requests from every reader who opens the launch. Files we host for a launch or a collection are served by us and listed under What we keep above. Each provider may collect and retain information under its own privacy policy.

Virtuals processes agent identities, job instructions, budgets, and delivery status. Its wallet provider processes the agent wallet, approval, and transaction information needed to send a transaction. These providers are independent and may keep their own records.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You can disconnect a wallet at any time. To ask what we hold about your address, email, or support request, or to ask us to delete what we can, write to support. Disconnecting a wallet does not remove launch media already published at the addresses we serve, anything already recorded on Solana and Robinhood, anything published at the links you supplied, Virtuals job records, or the limited execution records described above. Contact each third-party provider directly about information it controls.
